No Mosques At Ground Zero

Da’wah on the streets of Manhattan….
May 30, 2010, 4:13 pm
Filed under: mosque at ground zero

The purpose of da’wah is NOT to learn about Jesus!

“In Islamic theology, the purpose of Da‘wah is to invite people, both Muslims and non-Muslims, to understand the worship of Allah[4] as expressed in the Qur’ān and the sunnah of the prophet, as well as to inform them about Muhammad.[2] Da‘wah produces converts to Islam, which in turn grows the strength of the Muslim ummah.[2]”

Dawah or Call towards Allah, is the means by which Prophet Muhammad spread the message of Quran to mankind. After the Prophet, his followers or Ummah assume the responsibility of the Dawah to the people of their times[2].

WAKE UP. AMERICA. The enemy is here. Along 8th avenue…. in mid-town Manhattan…in lower Manhattan…. store after store, taxi after taxi…ALL AROUND THE TOWN!

“Discover Jesus in Quran?!”  The infidel has received the “invitation ” to Islam…now what?

Tim Brown,911 Firefighter, asks Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf,Where did those millions come from?

May 25, 1010. Meeting of Community Board #1 . Tim Brown, a 911 Firefighter asked the Board which of many answers that have been put ‘out there’ by the Imam is correct.? Seems the answers change each time the Imam is asked.

And then there’s   “The Case of the Disappearing Prayer Room/ Mosque” (which  will over look Ground Zero) Now you see it, now you don’t!  as the Imam and his Cordoba Initiative plays hide-and-seek with the truth (good thing they have a screen-shot)

Message To Community Board #1 and Margaret Chin: I AM NOT A BIGOT

Filed under: mosque at ground zero

Two more videos from the meeting of Community Board #1 on May 25, 2010.

At the beginning of the meeting, before anyone had spoken about the mosque, Councilwoman  Margaret Chin, insulted her constituents by declaring that anyone who opposed the mosque was a bigot. Some gave her applause. Others booed her. The Board Chair reprimanded those who booed. Then a member of the community  (at around 3:00) finally made his main point (and the crowd cheered) I AM NOT A BIGOT)

Later at what seemed like the end of the meeting (around 8:45 PM) and  outside the Community Board’s meeting, Pamela Geller and Narian Kataria, a Hindu-American, were warning of the terror caused by Islam through out history.

Unfortunately, the meeting continued until 10:30, and then the Dhimmi- board  voted to accept the outrageous Mosque at Ground Zero.

The atheists can put their ads on NY buses, giving a refuge to atheists.

Why not a refuge for those who are choosing to leave Islam.

Remember the Muslim ads on buses? In Seattle and Florida?

Be sensitive to the Muslims who don’t have to be sensitive to the 9-11 families?! (Yeah…that’s the ticket…)

Community Board #1 meeting & “vote”( based on the slick taqiyya of Imam Feisal Rauf )

The Community Board meeting was a shameful display of political correctness and multi-culti ‘do-gooders’ , even elected officials, who accused anyone who was opposed to  the Ground Zero mosque to be a bigot.

Freedom of speech had a very restricted presence at Community Board #1 . They played a game of allowing those they called bigots to speak, but that’s all it was… pretense  of listening….a GAME. They had no intention of  learning anything from the informed and concerned citizens who opposed any mosque at Ground Zero.

Pamela Geller of Stop the Islamization of America  (SIOA) was one of the first speakers! ( NEW LINK – Audio repaired)

We were going to post the Imam and his wife speaking to the board,

but their slick taquiyya was difficult  to sit through at the meeting so why listen to it again! (Why  give them more opportunities to trick the gullible.)

An  example of  gullible do-gooders….these  dhimmi-priests:

Apparently the meeting went to 10:30 (starting at 6 PM) we were out of there around 8:30 (after Debra Burlingame spoke to the board about the threat of Sharia Law that the Imam supports).  But, the people kept speaking (possible thinking their words would have an effect on the board’s non-binding decision) instead, the Board VOTED at the end of the meeting… even though they had made a very big display early on that they were going to table the vote!

LOTS of discussion about Roberts Rules of Order and a supposed  rift among the board regarding that proposed motion “to table”. A  red herring.  By the end of the meeting they voted to accept the proposal to build a mosque. And they had a prepared statement from Borough president, Scott Stringer, read after the vote.  So much for ‘tabling the vote”…

Here’s Debra Burlingame of 9-11 Families for a Safe and Strong America when she spoke of the threat of  Sharia Law, the Imam and his Ground Zero Mosque. Shamefully, the Board had no interest in learning anything  that might have changed their vote….

All evening, many people spoke from their hearts in opposition to this insensitive proposal of building a mosque at Ground Zero.

Sadly , the dhimmification of America has taken root here in Manhattan! But, freedom loving Americans must continue to expose  the taqiyya of imams  like Fiesal Abdul Rauf making the Rally at Ground Zero  even more important.  June 6, 2010… a moment in our history when Americans must come together to say “No to a Mosque” at Ground Zero and to “STOP THE ISLAMIFICATION OF AMERICA!”

UPDATE as the news articles come in:

NY Post article…hmm…Odd lead from the post saying WE are waging “jihad”, can’t say it really speaks to what was pouring-forth from our hearts and minds. NY Post is here.

AND… as side-note, this fellow… screaming hard and loud…standing up to be seen. He appeared to be with a woman who was quite comfortable with the board (will post her picture shortly) Was he a loud-mouthed PLANT? For the cameras?

NY Daily News is here. Their headline lead with the lovely and slick imam who claims that they are the ANTI-Terrorists; that statement should be amended to anti-Christ and it would be more truthful. Taquiyya anyone??

Will be posting excerpts from a few more video moments and pictures  and finish up with some final thoughts as they come in…

9/11 Families Reject Towering Mosque Planned for Ground Zero Site

The press release below is our first coordinated salvo to stop the installation of a Shariah recruiting center just 600 feet from where Tower One collapsed. Our opponent is a smooth-talking, charismatic cohort of the OIC, CAIR, the Israel-hating Alliance for Civilization operating from the UN, ISNA, and more.  Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf is funded by the governments of Malaysia, Qatar and others outside the U.S.  The financing for this is entirely opaque. We hope that this will be an opportunity to educate our fellow citizens about Shariah.

Last January, when Muslims in Malaysia fire-bombed 11 churches, synagogues and Hindu temples because a Catholic newspaper used the word “Allah” to describe the Christian God, Imam Rauf–the imam proposing a 15-story, $150 million dollar mosque and interfaith center at Ground Zero–chided the newspaper for being “socially inappropriate.”  It is illegal for non-muslims to distribute religious literature in Malaysia, where Imam Rauf has an office.

The imam knows how to calibrate his message to his audience. In 2006 he published a book in the U.S. entitled, What’s Right with Islam is What’s Right with America, asserting, among other things, that Shariah is nothing more than a set of rules helping us to Love They Neighbor.  In 2007 he published the same book in Malaysia entitled, A Call to Prayer from the WTC Rubble: Islamic Da’wah from the Heart of America Post 9/11.

Here’s the advice the smiling, soft-spoken cleric gives to his co-religionists in the Muslim world: Our model should be the Prophet Muhammad when he worshipped in Mecca before Islam had taken hold. He did not pray the noon and afternoon prayers in a loud voice lest that would incite anger of the unbelievers.” Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf, The Star, Jan. 13, 2010

We think he underestimated us.

9/11 Families Reject Towering Mosque Planned for Ground Zero Site

New York, May 24, 2010 — 9/11 Families for a Safe & Strong America (9/11 FSSA) adamantly rejects the plan for a mosque to be built atop a planned 15-story structure that would tower over the site where nearly 3,000 people were killed by Islamic terrorists.

According to the project’s leader, Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf, the mosque and “Muslim-led community center” is to be called the Cordoba House, named after the historic period when the Islamic Caliphate in Cordoba ruled much of Europe and non-Muslims lived as second-class citizens under Islamic rule.

Victims’ families view the imam’s expressed plan to “leverage” the mosque’s proximity to Ground Zero to engage in proselytizing and to “grow the Muslim community,” as shockingly insensitive to the history of the site where their loved ones were slaughtered in the worst terrorist attack by extremist Muslims in America’s history; following the attack, 20,000 body parts were recovered in a nine-month operation to remove 1.8 million tons of rubble from Lower Manhattan.

“Imam Rauf is a Muslim cleric who, immediately after 9/11, blamed the attacks on U.S. treatment of Muslims, asserting that Osama Bin Ladin was ‘made in the U.S.A,'” said Debra Burlingame, co-founder of 9/11 FSSA, whose brother was the pilot of the American Airlines flight which was hijacked and crashed into the Pentagon.   “We do not accept the Cordoba organization’s view that we need Imam Rauf to lecture us about religious tolerance in a city still dealing with the consequences of the attack that he claims we brought on ourselves.”

Last Monday, representatives of 9/11 FSSA met with Sharif El-Gamal, owner and CEO of Soho Properties, the corporation that purchased the two buildings where the mosque will be built at 43-45 Park Place, and asked him to name the investors in the mosque project.  Mr. El-Gamal refused, citing the advice of his attorneys, stating that “this is private property” and that “we can build this ‘as of right.'”  The property was purchased with $4.85 million in cash.

Imam Rauf is now publicly stating in a professionally-organized PR campaign that the building will be a community center, “not a mosque.” However, Mr. El-Gamal showed 9/11 FSSA members architectural renderings in which a mosque, located on the top floor of the 15-story building, would have a commanding view of the entire Ground Zero neighborhood

Equally troubling is the fact that, while the stated purpose of the project is to engage in interfaith dialogue and cultural egalitarianism, Imam Rauf embraces Shariah, the Arabic word for Islamic law, a sociopolitical system of jurisprudence based upon the Koran which supersedes man-made law and which rejects the Constitutional doctrine of the separation of church and state.  Islamic countries that embrace Shariah and political Islam are known for brutal policies that discriminate against women, gays, and religious minorities.  Shariah law is entirely incompatible with the Equal Protection clause of the 14th Amendment and would violate 1st Amendment protections of speech, assembly and the free exercise of religion.

We feel that the attempt to use our loved ones’ deaths and the painful legacy of 9/11 still felt by New Yorkers to engage in a campaign to reverse America’s core doctrine of religious freedom — and to do s under the guise of interfaith understanding — is a gross insult to the memory of those who were killed on that terrible day.

9/11 Families for a Safe & Strong America asks concerned Americans — regardless of race, color, creed, or ethnic origin–to join us in denouncing this effort to chip away at America’s bedrock principle of religious freedom.

ABC news takes a 15 minute interview with Pamela Geller of Atlas Shrugs  and shamefully edits it down to one VERY short statement. It may be only 9 seconds of Jim Riches (father of a New York firefighter who was murdered that day) and 8 seconds of Pamela, but  Geller’s wise-words, when speaking of the Ground Zero Mosque, should be broadcast world-wide, “It’s not an olive-branch, it is  a flag; it’s a  flag of conquest at Ground Zero”.

These honest words of Geller’s are in sharp contrast to the taquiya (the deception)  of Daisy Kahn.  Kahn insults the murdered 3000 non-combatants by describing 9-11 as a TRAGEDY.  The tragedy is that this ‘man-caused disaster’ has been white-washed along with the truth;  buried with those murdered by nineteen Muslim Terrorists,  Islamic Terrorists, who lived , died and MURDERED according to the dictates of their ‘faith’, ISLAM. That is the news  ABC deemed not  ‘fit-to-broadcast’ .

“Radical” Agenda for Ground Zero Mosque with Robert Spencer and Debra Burlingame (video)
May 23, 2010, 4:31 pm
Filed under: mosque at ground zero

Sean Hannity segment on the proposed Ground Zero Mosque  Guests Robert Spencer and Debra Burlingame explain how allowing this to stand may bring about Sharia Law.

We at NMAGZ ask, ” Is this planned mosque at Ground Zero, this Cordoba Community Center, is it planned by ‘moderates’ or   ‘radicals ‘ ? Do they follow a  ‘radical’ agenda contrary to Islam or do they follow  ISLAM.  If they are living and preaching Islam…the Koran, Hadith Sirah….and  sneaking Sharia Law in to freedom-loving countries….then why is that ” radical” Islam? THAT is Islam.

This has  serious implications for all Americans. Get on board to stop this project:

From American Thinker, “… a Cultural Center or Islamization?”

“Which Islamic organization in America, Europe, or Arab-Muslim country condemned the recent attacks in Upper Egypt, where innocent people were killed while leaving their church on the Eastern Christmas Eve?”

“Where are the Islamic voices opposing and protesting the persecution, oppression, and discrimination in their own homelands in countries such as Egypt, Sudan, Nigeria, and Iraq, to name just a few?”

“Islamic actions, not words, are what Americans need to heed, and we must be cautious toward what we are being told by those whose actions are lethal around the world.”

(excerpts from)

Ground Zero Mosque: A Cultural Center or Islamization?

By Ashraf Ramelah

May 20, 2010

….. the Planning Commission of lower Manhattan has approved the construction of a $100-million mosque near the site of Ground Zero. ..The thirteen-floor building… will reach a height of one hundred feet… a cultural center which will work to bring harmony between Islamic culture and New Yorkers…constructed in a city still bleeding from one of the worst civilian attacks since WWII,
Pearl Harbor under attack
still suffering with the sad memory of the destruction of the World Trade Center and the loss of almost three thousand lives.
After almost nine years, New Yorkers and all Americans still wait to see the replacement of the destroyed towers… P1050895
Instead …a proposed Islamic cultural center… A rendering of the mosque presented to Manhattan's Community Board 1 Financial District Committee.
a landmark and a memorial to the victory of bin Laden and company as a sample of Islamic jihad against Western infidels.

As a professional architect, I wonder why the Planning Commission of lower Manhattan decided to keep its residents uninformed about a project in this sensitive location with such purpose and proportion. A project of this size would normally need in-depth urban study and infrastructure planning.(snip)
Aren’t we the least bit suspicious of this desired harmony when public condemnations or demonstrations of remorse made by Muslims and Arab leaders regarding this barbaric act have been few and far between? (snip) Furthermore, all Americans have suffered the offensive rumors that claim the origin of the 9/11 attacks to be an inside job by our own FBI or the American Jews — insulting our intelligence and humiliating the victims and their families with this insidious form of denial.
Let us not forget as well that New York City Mayor Giuliani refused to accept a donation of ten million dollars from a Saudi Prince as a pledge to rebuild whatever was destroyed by Arab terrorists (his own fellow citizens) in lower Manhattan.
(snip) By using his heart in a moment of great courage, Giuliani gave the whole world a lesson in confronting Arab hypocrisy. At a time when Americans were in a state of shock, the insensitivity of such an offer by the Saudi Prince was counteracted by the American spirit embodied in Giuliani’s wholesale rejection of money coming from the same source as the attackers in order to dictate their own agenda and buy our sovereignty.
… a statement made by an imam indicating that the intended cultural center would bring “a new discourse in the relationship between the United States, New York City, and the Muslim world.”(snip)  The reality of a supremacist system within Islamic culture should be enough to preclude any dialogue with those who live by the U.S. Constitution and subscribe to the modern culture of New York City.
(snip) A few days ago, in an interview published in Kul-al-Arab, a weekly newspaper in Israel, a Knesset Member, Imam Masoud Ganaim, was calling to replace the state of Israel with an Islamic caliphate. This kind of remark shows the true nature of Islam today…  Leaders of Islam and the Cordoba Institute must… prove to us that they demonstrate the same openness to co-exist with those of all other faiths and beliefs in the nations where Islam dominates.
The free world has already allowed the most egregious actions to take place, such as the placement of Iran onto the U.N. Commission for Women’s Rights, the FIFA reversal of the banning of the hijab worn in Olympic games, and the Egyptian sponsorship of the U.N. Religious Defamation Act….  Shall we add to this list the building of an Islamic mega-center at the sacred site of Ground Zero..?
If New York is in need of a new cultural center in the heart of the Ground Zero community, it should be built and run by those who stand up for freedom, human rights, tolerance, and the love of humanity.
New Yorkers have been the ones to open their hearts and receive immigrants, who come from around the world to seek a better life and share in our freedom — the kind of freedom which those who seek to build this project know nothing about.

How close is too close to Ground Zero….

Perhaps some of you remember this? The Word Trade Center a week before 9-11. Found this photo-documentary by Mariano Airaldi with music by Charly Garcia. An interesting view of the interior of the World Trade Center and people in everyday actions in them taken a week before the 9/11 attacks.

And then…this?

The stairs to no where?Once the WTC…

And as we approach the NEVER AGAIN Rally on June 6, at Ground Zero

We recommend these eyewitness reports :

This is the location today (1 short block from the statement that follows)

The proposed mosque at Park Pl and West Broadway

Park Place and West Broadway….

On the corner of Park Place and West Broadway, it is as dark as night. Plumes of orange smoke curl out of the windows of 7 World Trade Center. A fireman says the building is going to collapse: “We’ve stopped trying to put out the fire.” A strange calm envelops the street as several dozen cops, firemen, EMS workers, and INS people in black helmets and vests stare silently at the building. Pieces of No. 7 begin to fall. There are no sounds of impact; each landing is silenced by the thick carpet of dust and paper. Suddenly, just before 3 p.m., there are screams: “Clear the area. Everybody out. Now. The building’s going to fall.” Perhaps it’s weariness, but nobody runs. Everyone just moves deliberately. The building doesn’t fall yet.

William Delemo’s bodega on Church and Chambers is closed to civilians. He says he saw the first plane hit because it was so low over his shop. “People died right over there,” he says, indicating a spot three blocks north of the World Trade Center. The listener is skeptical, so he shows the outline in the dust of where one of the engines landed on a woman. “It was the worst thing I ever saw.”

At 10:01 a.m., filmmaker Tony Bui was sprinting away from his apartment on Greenwich and Rector Streets, trying to outrun the wall of dust and debris. People were tripping, falling, choking in the cloud; he held his sweater over his mouth and raced into the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel, climbing around and over stopped cars. “So much debris and soot and smoke went into the tunnel with us that it was hard to breathe in there,” he says. “I thought we were gone. It was like Pompeii.” But up ahead, some women found a service door. “I heard this massive yelling — Go to the door! Go to the door! — and everyone just ran.” Seconds later, they were in another section of the tunnel, still packed with frozen traffic, but where the air, at least, was clear. They ran the rest of the way to Brooklyn, emerging into the sun on the Gowanus Expressway.

Laura Florman sits in the courtyard of Independence Plaza, the high-rise where she’s lived for 22 years. Her 38th-floor apartment faced the Twin Towers, four blocks away. “The worst part was the people jumping out,” she whispers. “There must have been a dozen or twenty that I saw. There was one man tethered to a rope, swinging, and then the rope broke.”

After the second hit, Jeffrey Corbin, a psychiatrist at St. Clare’s Hospital, was asked to help staff an observation area. A firefighter was the first to arrive, he says. “He thought he was having a heart attack. He wasn’t — but he’d inhaled a lot of debris. As doctors worked on him, he started saying, ‘I don’t know where my buddy is.’ His team was at the first collapsed building trying to dig people out when the second building collapsed. His buddy just disappeared.” Throughout the morning, security guards, firemen, and police officers described the scene to him. “Guys were saying, ‘I signed up to be a police officer, not to be in a war zone.’ One woman came out of the building and looked up and saw a woman holding a baby in her arms jump out a window.”

I know there are bodies in there,” Father Alfred Guthrie, a Catholic priest, says to two firemen on Vesey Street as he climbs a pile of rubble perhaps twenty feet high. In a slow, mechanical voice, one says, “That building is going to fall.” He points at No. 7, which is already listing. Father Guthrie climbs back out. “I have to get to the bodies,” he says. He finds only one, with no sign of trauma, or religion. A policeman in tears grabs him — he’d lost brothers.

“I was on the 98th floor,” says Kevin Dorrian, a carpenter leaning against a van on Franklin Street around 1:30 with some fellow union members. “I saw a friend of mine get blown out the window. He was right there, three feet from me. He was putting up blinds. I couldn’t do nothing. I took the stairs down, past the fires. I saw a light, a fucking lamppost light, blow up. The glass flew into a person. Killed him immediately.” Dorrian’s waiting to be allowed to go back in, to dig through the rubble.

By 4 p.m., reinforcements at Engine Company 24 and Ladder Company 5, at Sixth Avenue and King Street, are waiting to go look for their friends. Thirteen men from the overnight shift had been among the first firefighters at the scene. “My husband’s new,” says one young woman crying in front of the station. “He just started.” (To read all of the statements of the eyewitnesses to 9-11, go here>>)

WHY a Rally at Ground Zero  on June 6th? To remember two life-altering days in American history. D-day, is when our brave young men took to the beaches of Normandy, France and led the way to finally ending  a brutal World War; a moment in our history that had an enormous impact on that generation and their children, just as 9-11 has had on ours…

A war fed by Fascisti  that lives  on today in the Islamist ideology that brutally murdered 3000 American citizens on Sept 11, 2001.

D-Day : “Operation Overlord” The code name for the greatest amphibious invasion of our time.

D-Day occurred on June 6, 1944, and involved U.S., Canadian, and British troops invading the beaches of Normandy in order to liberate the oppressed European peoples and stop the Nazi Army.

What follows is General Eisenhower’s Letter to the D-Day Soldiers

You are about to embark upon the Great Crusade, toward which we have striven these many months. The eyes of the world are upon you. The hopes and prayers of liberty-loving people everywhere march with you. In company with our brave Allies and brothers-in-arms on other Fronts, you will bring about the destruction of the German war machine, the elimination of Nazi tyranny over the oppressed peoples of Europe, and security for ourselves in a free world.

Your task will not be an easy one. Your enemy is well trained, well equipped and battle-hardened. He will fight savagely.

But this is the year 1944! Much has happened since the Nazi triumphs of 1940-41. The United States have inflicted upon the Germans great defeats, in open battle, man-to-man. Our air offensive has seriously reduced their strength in the air and their capacity to wage war on the ground. Our Home Fronts have given us an overwhelming superiority in weapons and munitions of war, and placed at our disposal great reserves of trained fighting men. The tide has turned ! The free men of the world are marching together to Victory !

I have full confidence in your courage, devotion to duty and skill in battle. We will accept nothing less than full Victory !

Good Luck ! And let us all beseech the blessing of Almighty God upon this great and noble undertaking.

[signed] Dwight D. Eisenhower

Most of those who fought and landed at Normandy were twenty years old or younger (my father-in-law was one of them,an Italian kid from Hells Kitchen) and thanks to these brave young men  the Allies established a stable beachhead and quickly took control of occupied France. The D-Day invasion led the way to Berlin and thus, the end of the war.

Which is why we will be at Ground Zero on June 6, 2010; our beachhead. BE THERE! Remember  those who were murdered on 9-11. Give thanks to those who fought and died on June 6, 1944 .  In their name , pledge to NEVER FORGET.

If there is any question as to whether the planned mosque(s) are inappropriately close to hallowed ground, take this quick tour from the S.E corner of Ground Zero to the “Ground Zero” mosque.Take Note: the new building is rising at the S/E corner…the pit is beginning to disappear….

We drove from the S/E corner of Ground Zero, but it’s not a long walk (that’s the point) to show how close Ground Zero is to the proposed ‘Ground Zero” mosque.

Honor and  respect those murdered on 9-11 by saying NO TO a MOSQUE AT GROUND ZERO.
